- Contact the Enrollment Services department. There are several enrollment locations available. Clients are assisted on a first come, first serve basis.
- Prepare for your appointment. Gather and bring all of the required documents to your appointment.
Important Note: If you are missing documents, we will not be able to properly screen you for all of the programs that are available, nor will we be able to make a final determination of eligibility.
No one living in the Denver health primary service area will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
