Primary Care helps you stay healthy.
We try to prevent future health problems or to find those problems early by doing regular screenings. During your primary care visit, your provider can address concerns with your health such as blood pressure, cholesterol, and anxiety. This can help prevent health conditions such as diabetes, stroke, or heart disease.
We recommend you do this once a year. Your primary care provider is also whom you reach out to with your day-to-day health care needs.
The Mobile Health Centers can help diagnose and treat minor medical problems, like colds or rashes
