June 16: Hospital Transformation Program
Denver Health invites you to join an online community meeting, Monday, June 16, 2025, at either noon-1 p.m. or 6-7 p.m. to learn about our Hospital Transformation Program and our community benefits, including:
- Addressing patient social and behavioral health needs
- Reducing readmissions
- What we do as an Anchor Institution
We will present the same materials in each meeting and then have time for discussion. You can participate in English, Spanish and/or American Sign Language.
